	PRACTICAL DETAILS EXHIBITION

	The Exhibition Manual and the preliminary floor plan has been sent to all confirmed sponsors. To ensure uniformity of the exhibition, exhibitors are kindly requested to order the shell scheme stand construction. This should be done before 1 July. Montoro has been selected as official Exhibition Services Company. A special shell scheme package has been arranged for the conference. This includes: walls as specified below carpet as specified below standard lighting (3 spot lights of 50 w and 1 socket) fascia board with the exhibitor’s name (no logos) The shell scheme has white side walls of 150 cm high with a glass top, and back walls of 100 cm high to allow the direct light to enter in the Exhibition Hall. The cost for the shell scheme for a booth of 6 m2 is 295 euro, excluding VAT.
