  ESCCA membership
 

You can become an ESCCA member or renew your membership on the registration form.
The ESCCA membership fee for 2010 is € 70.
New members qualify to register for the reduced member fee for SIC & ESCCA 2010.

   
  Pre registration for the 6th European Course on Clinical Cytometry
 

Pre-registration for one of the six courses is required through the online registration form

  • The number of participants per course is limited.
  • Applications of participants (registered and paid) will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Confirmation of participation in one of the courses will be included in your confirmation of registration (to be sent by e-mail after payment of the registration fee).
   
  Accompanying persons
  Accompanying persons do not need to register. Delegates can purchase additional tickets for accompanying persons to attend the Course dinner, the Welcome reception and the Conference dinner through the on-line registration form.
   
  Payment of registration fee
 

During the on-line registration process you will have two payment options:

  1. On-line payment For payments with American Express, MasterCard, Visa, PayPal and, for some countries other online banking applications. Please note: credit cards can only be charged during the on-line registration process through a secured site. Due to security reasons, credit cards cannot be charged after submission of your registration form.
  2. Bank transfer after receipt of an invoice Please do not transfer any fees until you have received your invoice. The invoice will be sent to you by e-mail. Please include the invoice number as payment reference on your bank transfer. Cheques and money orders cannot be accepted for payment of the registration fees.

If you register or pay on-site the on-site fee is applicable.
On-site payment of registration fees can be made:

  • Online with credit card: VISA, MasterCard or American Express are accepted Please be advised that due to additional security measurements, credit card companies often ask for SecureCode (MasterCard) or password (Visa) in order to authorize the payment Please make sure you know your SecureCode or password!
  • Cash in Euro
   
  Terms of cancellation
 
  • Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to the registration office NewBrooklyn.
  • For cancellations made before 1 July 2010, the registration fee, less an administration fee of 10% will be refunded.
  • For cancellations made from 1 July until 15 August 2010, the registration fee less an administration fee of 50% will be refunded.
  • As of 16 August 2010, the registration fee will not be refunded.
