REGISTRATION QUALIFICATIONS
   
  ESCCA membership
 

You can become an ESCCA member or renew your membership on the registration form.
The ESCCA membership fee for 2010 is € 70.
New members qualify to register for the reduced member fee for SIC & ESCCA 2010.
   
  Qualifications for registration as SIC / ESCCA member
 

In order to qualify for the member registration fees, the following conditions must be met:

  • You must be an individual member of SIC or ESCCA in 2010.
  • Your SIC or ESCCA membership fees for 2010 must have been paid . Proof of payment may be asked.
   
  Qualifications for registration as student
 

In order to qualify for the student fees, two conditions must be met:

  • You are born after 1 January 1980
  • You must attach to your online registration form an official document signed by the Head of the Department of your university proving your student status and date of birth. Until the congress registration office has received your proof of student status and date of birth, the registration fees for non-member will be applicable.
   
  Qualifications for registration as invited guest
 

In order to qualify for guest registration:

  • You must have been invited by the organizing committee to register as guest
  • You must mention your invitation code on the on-line registration form
  • Without invitation code the regular registration fee will apply

REGISTRATION FOR THE CONFERENCE TEMPORARILY CLOSED!

Due to the overwhelming interest in the 10th Euroconference, the registration for the Conference (not the courses!) will be temporarily closed until Monday morning, 6 September. This week, the possibilities to allow more registrations will be explored. If this is possible, registration will be reopened on Monday, 6 September.

Please check the website again on Monday morning, 6 September for more news.
Should it be possible to accept some additional registrations, the deadline for the regular registration fee will be extended until Wednesday morning, 8 September, 8 am (GMT +1). In that case the on-site registration fee will apply after that time.

The registration for the 6th European Course on Clinical Cytometry remains open until the courses are fully booked. Note that Course 1: Leukemia (Advanced Level) is already fully booked.

Please refrain from contacting the Conference Secretariat or the Conference Coordinator – it is NOT possible to be put on a waiting list.

  After submitting your registration form you will receive an automatically generated e-mail acknowledging submission of your registration.
Once the registration office NewBrooklyn has handled your registration, you will receive a confirmation of registration or an invoice by e-mail.
