  • Abstracts can only be submitted through this website
  • Abstract must be written in English
  • The maximum length of the abstract title is 20 words
  • The maximum length of the abstract is 1700 characters including spaces
  • Images or pictures are not allowed
  • Prepare details of co-authors: first name, family name, affiliation, city, country
   
  Abstract of invited presentation
  If you have been invited to give a presentation, please select the session in which your presentation is scheduled on the abstract form and choose the option ‘no review, this is an invited presentation’
   
  Abstracts for review
  If your abstract needs to be reviewed, select ‘abstract for review’ and indicate the review topic on the abstract form.

  After submitting your abstract
 
  • Submission of abstracts will be confirmed by e-mail within 24 hours. If the author does not receive an automatically generated e-mail, the abstract has not been submitted. The abstract author should then return to the abstract form and finalise the abstract submission procedure before 1 June 2010
  • The corresponding author will be informed about the review outcome by e-mail before 26 June 2010
  • The presenting author has to register and pay for the conference on ultimately 15 July 2010
  • After 15 July the corresponding author will be informed by e-mail if the abstract will be cancelled because the presenting author has not registered and/or paid for the conference
